Ground Floor: 

Property is entered via the loggia that connects the two houses. Outdoor toys such as swingball, mini croquet, boules etc are kept here for your enjoyment and shared with Casa Piccola.

A full-sized fold-away table tennis table, bats and balls are kept here too - ideal for inter-house tournaments.  The loggia ceiling is high enough to allow outrageous lobs and smashes!

The loggia leads to a large fully fitted kitchen, equipped with a small dining/preparation table, a butchers block, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a gas hob, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave, a toaster, and utility room with washing machine.  Double doors open onto the garden.

The kitchen leads into the table football room with a door to the driveway and door to the large living room with two sofas,  rocking chairs and ample additional seating, a wood burning stove, large television and DVD/CD player (please bring your own CDs and DVDs) and French doors leading to the garden area and down to the pool.

Off the living room is the dining room with an expandable table for up to 12 people and a sideboard, with access onto the courtyard at the rear of the property.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 – double bed, alcove for clothes, side tables and lamps, small table with chairs, central heating radiator and romantic original fire place, wood buring stove, wooden floors with rugs.

Bedroom 2 - double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side tables and table lamps, central heating radiator, wooden floors with rugs.

Bedroom 3 - two single beds, a chest of drawers and an alcove for clothes (and two spare camp beds), side tables and lamps, a small table with chairs, a central heating radiator, wooden floors with rugs.

Bathroom – bathroom with a raised bath for a soak with a view, WC and wash basin.

Shower Room - with enclosed shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and bidet.

Second Floor:

A perfect ‘Kids zone’ but great for adults too!

Large open plan sitting room with exposed beams and roof tiles, large convertible futon sofabed (which can sleep 2 and raises the maximum at the house to 12/13), sofa, TV/DVD, three swinging pod children's seats, coffee table, side tables and reading lamps.

Bedroom 4 – Three single beds, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, side tables and table lamps. Beautiful original roof tiles and exposed beams.

Bedroom 5 - Twin beds, fitted cupboards, chest of drawers, side tables and lamps. Sloping roof.

Bathroom - with wash basin, WC, bidet and bath with shower attachment.

All windows on this floor have restricted opening and insect netting.

Outside:
Mature and secluded gardens with an abundance of olive, fruit and nut trees, pergolas, barbeque area with tables and chairs and a 10 metre x 5 metre swimming pool which has magnificent views over the surrounding hills and fields.   The pool is not overlooked by other houses but can be seen from the upper floors of Casa Grande, and is shared with Casa Piccola.
