Room descriptions in more detail
Ground Floor:
Property is entered via the loggia that connects the two houses. Outdoor toys such as swingball, mini croquet, hoopla, boules etc are kept here for your enjoyment and shared with Casa Grande.
A full-sized fold-away table-tennis table, bats and balls are kept here too - ideal for inter-house tournaments. The loggia ceiling is high enough to allow outrageous lobs and smashes!
There is also a communal drinks fridge with an additional freezer should it be required.
To the right is the front door leading into the:
Kitchen - A fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a raised open fireplace.
Three steps lead up to the:
Living space - A 7m x 6m L shaped sitting/dining room with a double height dining area. This room has a wood burning stove, large television and DVD player, Hifi with mp3 player adapter (please bring your own CDs, DVDs and mp3 players) and two sofas. The dining area has a large rectangular dining table, six chairs and a sideboard.
From the living room a short flight of stairs leads down to a substantial fully tiled shower room with bidet and washing machine.
First floor
First Floor:
An short open stone staircase (with optional safety gate) leads up to the first floor.
On the first floor there is an atrium (the original heart of Sei Camini) with original tile flooring and an open fireplace. A children’s ‘pod’ seat (optional) hangs from the rafters. Doors off the atrium lead to two bedrooms, one of which is through an ante chamber.
Bedroom 1 - King size wrought iron bed and separate ante chamber/cot area.
Bedroom 2 -A lovely twin bedroom with views over nearby hill top villages.
Four stairs from the atrium lead to:
Bedroom 3 - a very large (25m2) master bedroom, with a king-size wrought iron bed, small fridge and sofa. Wooden flooring throughout. The mezzanine overlooks the dining area. Curtains can be drawn to close the bedroom off from the dining area.
All the bedrooms have lovely views over the hills, either towards Penna San Giovanni and Monte San Martino or towards the Sibillini Mountains.
Outside: Three sets of doors lead from the living/dining rooms to the garden which has a large lawned area, olive and other fruit and nut trees, pergolas, two barbecue areas with tables and chairs and a 10m x 5m swimming pool. The views from the pool are magnificent. The pool is not overlooked by other houses but can be seen from Casa Grande with which it is shared.
