Room descriptions in more detail

Ground Floor:

Property is entered via the loggia that connects the two houses. Outdoor toys such as swingball, mini croquet, boules etc are kept here for your enjoyment and shared with Casa Piccola.

A full-sized fold-away table tennis table, bats and balls are kept here too - ideal for inter-house tournaments.  The loggia ceiling is high enough to allow outrageous lobs and smashes!

The door to the right of the loggia leads to the kitchen.

Kitchen

A large fully fitted kitchen, equipped with small table, large free standing storage unit, butchers block, dishwasher, electric oven, gas range, large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, and utility room with washing machine.  Double doors open onto the garden.

The kitchen leads into the table football room which also has a CD player. From here there is a door on to the driveway and a door to the large sitting room.

Sitting room

The sitting room has two sofas,  rocking chairs and ample additional seating, wood burning stove, large television and DVD player (please bring your own DVDs) and french doors leading to the garden area and down to the pool.

Dining room

Off the living room is the dining room with an expandable table for up to 12 people and a sideboard, with access onto the rear of the property.

Outside:

Mature and secluded gardens with an abundance of olive, fruit and nut trees, pergolas, barbeque area with tables and chairs and a 10 metre x 5 metre swimming pool which has magnificent views over the surrounding hills and fields.   The pool is not overlooked by other houses but can be seen from the upper floors of Casa Grande, and is shared with Casa Piccola.
